Vision "Murray Hume Business Enterprise Centre is the leader in the provision of business advisory and related services necessary to sustain and improve potential and current small business in our region" Objective The Murray Hume BEC: - Acts as a focal point and “one stop shop” for small businesses in the region.
- Objectives include identifying business training needs, answering enquiries from intending or existing business operators, and providing counselling or training to satisfy those needs.
- Acts as a reference point for various Government and professional services available in the community vital to the operation of any business.
- Through our experienced staff, assists and stimulates sustainable job creation and economic growth through the support of small businesses, including home based businesses.
The Murray Hume BEC is an incorporated association. Formal incorporation was registered on 28/11/2003 after the Boards of both the Murray Hume BEC and the Albury Wodonga Small Business Incubator agreed at a Special General Meeting in 2003 to merge the two existing entities under the direction of one Board.
